CARDIAC FUNCTION OF BASKETBALL PLAYERS UNDER STRESS TRAINING

ABSTRACT Introduction: Basketball can enhance the physical fitness of young people, promote growth and development their bodies, improve health athletic ability. Objective: To explore characteristics basketball players’ cardiac response to increasing load training. Methods: By analyzing 12 juvenile male amateur training athletes, when performing incremental exercises on treadmill, using a 12-lead electrocardiograph record electrocardiogram, HR, blood pressure responses for each level exercise. Results: The mean heart rate players before movement was 82.45± 11.44 bpm, slightly higher than at rest. Depending exercise load, should increase by 5 mmHg. Under different conditions, in Bruce treadmill test procedure 12.5 ~ 44mmHg. player’s systolic increased 2.25 15.7mmHg, diastolic 0.43 11.37 Conclusions: In players, psychological stress is less that average person same strong ability adapt under training, contractility ventricular muscles are good. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment results.
